This is how my service works:

First, e-mail me the information listed below. I will send you a return e-mail with a quote and my availability dates . My quote will include my airfare, ground transportation, lodging and food.

If you are satisfied with the quote and are ready to reserve any specific dates, I will make up a contract and email it to you. The deposit will be $500 and will be applied towards the final bill. I will save all receipts and the balance will be paid at the time of delivery. I use paypal for all my transactions. Until such time as I have purchased the airline ticket, I will refund your money. I try to purchase airplane tickets a month in advance to save you money. Anything that you can do such as making the trip airport to airport or having someone dropping me off at the closest airport will also save you money.

In addition to the $500, when I arrive to drive your vehicle, I will require an additional cash deposit equivalent to my best estimate for gas, tolls, meals and lodging. Everything will be noted in writing and you will know ahead of time. Gas today averages about $2.35/gallon and car MPG ratings can be found at FuelEconomy.gov.

Please keep in mind that these MPG ratings are just an average and that the actual actual gas costs will be settled at the end.

I will keep all receipts and we will settle any differences upon delivery of the vehicle. Everything will be reflected in the quote that I will email you.

Starting and ending addresses. If possible, I prefer airport to airport transports.

Dates of desired departure and arrival. Just in case those dates are not available, please send me alternate dates.

Skip the next items if you are using a rental truck. I cannot take Pets in rental trucks.

Year, Make & Model of vehicle.

Approximate odometer reading on the vehicle.

Is the car registered and insured ? I will need proof of insurance before I can agree to do the transport.

Whose name is on the registration?

What will be carried in the car (I need to be able to see out the rear view mirror).

If pets will be carried, tell me about them. (breed, age, disposition, etc. please provide a photo).

I would also like to know the reason for transporting the vehicle and why you prefer my type of service as opposed to a commercial carrier.
If you can't provide the information before I travel to pick up the vehicle, I will have to decline my services.
